1. Leonard Cheshire – Disability Awareness talks

Leonard Cheshire is one of the partners for A Million Hands. The charity has a Speaker Network so if you are working on the Disability Awareness Activity badge and/or the Community Impact Staged Activity badge, please contact Lisa by email at: or by phone on 07720 337130. You will need to provide your postcode and the day and time the group meets. The speakers will talk about the charity and disability, and will run one or two activities to get your group thinking about and understanding inclusion. The session can be tailored to the needs of your group.

2. Blackfriars Priory, Gloucester

Blackfriars is a stunning medieval priory with significanthistorical importance. Scout Groups are welcome to visit and can choose one of three excitingsessions: Life in a Medieval Priory, Archaeological Detectives and Tudor Life.
